7. Outstanding Charges
By agreeing to our T&Cs you agree that any outstanding charges that have not been settled on the day of your booking will be charged to the credit card details supplied.
8. Deposits and Payments for Special Events
All deposits are non-transferable and non-refundable. All special occasion events, private bookings, etc. of over 40 persons or more must be settled 24 hours before the reservation. Wedding bills must be settled 14 days in advance.

13. Conditions of sales of tickets
These terms and conditions apply to all ticket sales through our website. By contacting us and placing an order for tickets, you confirm that you have read and accepted the terms and conditions detailed below.
No refunds will be given except in the event of cancellation of a performance, prior to that performance.
If an event is canceled, the business’ liability will be to the customer making the original purchase and will be limited to the cost of the tickets purchased.
Booking fees are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to introduce discounts, price changes, artist and performance alterations without prior notification.
Discounts and offers apply to full price tickets only.
It is your responsibility to check upon receipt of your tickets, that you have tickets for the correct event, date and time.
All tickets sold through our Website are subject to a booking fee.
