Our Christmas-themed variety show brings the holiday spirit to life with various performances, including aerial acrobatics, burlesque, and renditions of Christmas classics by our talented cast.

Main Course Options:

Salmon: Pan-seared salmon fillet, sauté baby potato, saffron and shellfish bouillabaisse, sprouting broccoli, gremolata

Risotto: Roast butternut squash, pecan crumble, salsa Verde, mascarpone, aged parmesan

Turkey & Ham: Festive turkey & ham Ballantine with sage & cranberry stuffing, turkey bone jus, and all the trimmings

Vegan Options: Butternut squash risotto, Vegan Panang Curry, or the AMPM Vegan Burger
